Cancellation Policy
▪ Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Giavanna before 48 hours from your reservation time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation time, the credit or debit card on file will be subject to charge 50% of the services you have booked on the calendar. ▪All “No Show” appointments are required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit in order to book another appointment with Studio Infinity. ▪Exchange Policy: You have 7 days to exchange any products or tools purchased from Studio Infinity. You will receive a store credit which will expire a year from the day you returned the item(s). ▪ Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your service you received, you have 24 hours from your last appointment to report your concern. Giavanna at Studio Infinity is obligated to complete your service free of charge. Refunds are only determined by the merchant and are on a case by case basis. Thank You.
